Do not send your materials back to us until you receive an email from SecuriCo with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
To initiate the RMA process with SecuriCo, please complete the form below, "RMA/Credit Request Form" and fax it to us at (952) 898-5571.
If you prefer to e-mail us with specific information or need to have an e-mail response please e-mail the completed RMA document to us at support@securico.com.
Once we receive your materials, we will assess the nature of the issue with your returned goods and inform you of our disposition of the issue.
